Part-time position. Performs a variety of clerical functions. Duties may include: typing memos, letters, contracts and reports; operating photocopy machine and large format print machine; researching and gathering information from various sources to prepare reports, mailings and documents; processing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy; maintaining records and filing documents; training, reviewing, and/or leading lower level clerks. Sorts and delivers mail and parcels. Keeps conference rooms, break room, and dishes clean. Makes deliveries runs errands, processes calls, and greets visitors. Schedules maintenance for company vehicles. Position requires general supervision and use of judgment and initiative to achieve predetermined objectives.
One year of related clerical experience.
