UTZ and Associates Architects teamed with a local developer to create a conceptual prototype for a series of new outpatient medical facilities for the HSHS Medical Group. Based off of the prototype, UAA designed a total of eight outpatient medical facilities for HSHS in a span of just 24 months. Each facility has unique individual qualities responding to the site and local building codes, but the sleek and welcoming façade combined with an updated and efficient interior created a template for the medical group to respond to increased need for medical care facilities and as well as to expand their practice in the future.
