UTZ and Associates Architects had the pleasure of teaming with BSA Lifestructures Inc. to design Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System's largest off-campus project to date with UAA responsible for the interior design of the project. Located in Effingham, Illinois, the project contains multiple outpatient medical clinics including pain management, orthopedic medicine, physical therapy, pediatric medicine, testing laboratory and walk-in medical clinic. The new 64,000 square foot building replaced an existing and aging building previously located on the site. The design and construction of this project was phased so that the clinic only experienced a two-day non operational time.
