Faced with and aging building, water leaks and security issues, the City of Charleston, IL. was faced with the difficult decision to renovate their existing facility in a desirable location or move to a new facility elsewhere. UAA coordinated with the city to solve all of these issues and breath new life into a troubled building. The project consisted of an interior renovation of the public spaces of the building to increase occupant comfort and safety as well as a partial exterior renovation to address water infiltration issues and and aged façade.
